What is Milan Apartments?

Milan Apartments is a Milan Serviced Apartments booking agency. We offer a number of carefully selected well managed Milan apartments for rent in Central Milan. You can book an apartment from only one night, or for up to three months or more. Each time you make a booking with Milan Apartments you can be sure you are getting the best possible rate for your apartment and most of our Milan apartments for rent are discounted and for longer stays we will always try to negotiate a better rate for you.
 

What are Serviced Milan Apartments?

A Serviced Apartment is a self-contained apartment, which comprises of a living area, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen/kitchenette, it has all the facilities of a 'home'. The apartments are referred to as being 'serviced' because they are managed, maintained and cleaned for you, in a similar way as to what you would expect from a hotel room. Also the Milan apartments that we offer can be booked quickly and easily in a similar way to booking a hotel.
 

What can I expect in my apartment?

Milan Apartments for rent can vary from Studios - one room containing both the sleeping and lounge areas and a separate bathroom - through to one, two and three bedroom apartments with separate lounge. All Milan apartments have direct dial telephone and TV and some have more entertainment facilities such as satellite TV, VCR, hifi, modem connections etc. Many apartments with more than one bedroom have more than one bathroom. Milan studios and apartments have a kitchen, and in the case of the smaller properties and studios this is referred to as a kitchenette as it is not considered to be full size. In the larger Milan apartments for rent the kitchen will be a separate room. Kitchens are normally equipped with a full cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer, washer-dryer, dish-washer and crockery (including plates, cups, glasses, pots and pans, etc.) and cutlery. Maid service provision varies in frequency; it takes place either one, two, five or seven days per week, when bed linen and towels are changed along with other maid duties. Also most Milan apartments have a reception and concierge for your convenience.
 

How do I pay for Milan apartments booking?

After your request has been submitted, a Milan Apartments representative will check availability and contact you within 24 hours with answers to your inquiry. Your credit card details by fax are required to part pay for your reservation. When you will arrive at the apartment, you will pay the remaining with your card or cash, whatever method is appropriate to you and the apartment's reception. At Milan apartments, we accept all major credit cards, for example: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Diners etc.
 

What advantages do Milan apartments have over hotels?

More space and comfort - each Milan apartment that we manage features a fully equipped kitchen and a living-room.
Location specific - with Milan apartments you will normally be able to book a downtown Milan apartment close to your area of interest. Location is important when looking for an apartment in Milan. All of our apartments are located in central Milan and a few minutes walk from metro and tram stations. The last thing you want after a days walking around Milan is another long walk to the apartments. The Map under each apartment lists details on how to travel to the apartments. As the apartments are self-catering they are located near to bars, restaurants and shops.
Freedom and flexibility - your schedule is not tied up to hotel rules. You get to choose the time for your meals, outings and get-togethers.
Reasonable pricing - hotels in Milan are currently over-priced in all categories. Luxury hotels begin at €150 and go up from there. Our Milan apartment rentals are 30% cheaper, and the rates are per apartment, not per person.

How far in advance do I have to book my apartment in Milan?

There is a high demand for apartment accommodation in Milan as many people are now realizing the many benefits of this type of accommodation when compared to a hotel. Therefore we advise that you book at least a month in advance particularly in peak season. Of course, we will certainly deal with last minute bookings and we'll do our best to find you a the best Milan apartment.
 

What are Milan Apartments’ Rates?

The vast majority of our rates are discounted. We are able to offer discounted rates due to the working relationship we have with the apartments - we sell a high volume of apartments.
 

Are all taxes included in Milan Apartments’ Rates?

All Milan Apartments rates include all taxes. This means that the rate you see on the website is the total price for the apartment - no taxes or service charges will be added to your bill.
 

Can I book a Milan apartment without a credit card?

Unfortunately this is not possible. All Milan Apartments require credit card details (as a form of guarantee or part payment) to reserve an apartment. If you do not cancel the reservation within the cancellation notice period, and you do not arrive at the apartment, Milan Apartments is entitled to charge a cancellation charge to the credit card, (please check Milan Apartments’ Terms and Conditions). We will then release the apartment and sell it to other guests. If Milan Apartments had no credit card details we would risk being left with an empty apartment and no payment.
 

What credit card details must I supply?

We require the credit card number, CVV security code, expiry date and also the full name and billing address of the credit card holder.
 

How do I amend my booking?

You can contact us with any amendments you require, for example, if you want to add nights to your booking, or change the apartment type. You can contact us by telephone, email or fax - see contact us. We cannot however guarantee availability if you require extra nights, and also, if you are reducing the amount of nights, it may be subject to a cancellation charge, but at Milan Apartments we will always do our best to help you.
